AI-Generated CVs: Linqsat offers an AI-driven CV generation service. Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of the automatically generated CVs. The Company is not liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in the AI-generated CVs.

Training and Certificates: Linqsat provides training programs and certificates. Users are responsible for completing the training and ensuring the accuracy of the information provided for certificates. The Company reserves the right to revoke certificates in case of misrepresentation or fraudulent activities.

Company Services: Companies utilizing our services for hiring, scheduling interviews, and communication must adhere to ethical hiring practices and comply with applicable employment laws. The Company is not responsible for the actions of the hiring companies and their hiring decisions.

Seamless Communication: Linqsat facilitates seamless communication between job seekers and hiring companies. Users are expected to communicate professionally and ethically. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in inappropriate or abusive communication.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
