To monitor platform security, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. When We Share Data

With hiring partners when you apply or opt-in to talent pools, restricted to the stated job use.
With vetted service providers (cloud infrastructure, analytics, communication tools) under strict confidentiality agreements.
With regulators or law enforcement when legally required to do so.
Never with advertisers or brokers—we do not sell personal data.

4. Data Protection & Retention

Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
Access to candidate and employer records is restricted to trained Linqsat staff on a need-to-know basis.
We retain information while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
You can request deletion or export of your data by emailing privacy@linqsat.com.

5. Your Controls

Review and update your profile information anytime from the dashboard.
Opt-out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link inside each message.
Manage email, push, and in-app notification preferences in the settings panel.
Withdraw consent or delete your account by contacting privacy@linqsat.com.
