- Candidates must provide accurate personal and professional details. False representation will result in suspension.
- Corporate teams agree to adhere to fair hiring practices and comply with applicable employment laws.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account.
- Notify Linqsat immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
4. Use of Services
- Assessments, interview workflows, and mentorship journeys are offered for professional development. All generated content should be reviewed before external use.
- Corporate clients must not redistribute candidate data beyond internal hiring teams without explicit consent.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Paid products (training cohorts, subscription dashboards, employer branding modules) renew based on the billing cycle selected during checkout.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Local taxes may apply.
6. Intellectual Property
- All product interfaces, training modules, assessment banks, and platform innovations are the intellectual property of Linqsat.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell components of the platform without written approval.
7. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse platform data, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- On termination, all rights granted to you end immediately; outstanding fees remain payable.
